Q: I can't quit smoking cigarettes. Can I sue them for putting addicting drugs in the cigarettes? When I play softball I lose my breath a lot easier now. I am a physically fit man. The cigarette manufacturers knowingly and with intent attempted to addict the American population so that they could make billions. It worked for them. There are class action lawsuits that have been filed against certain manufacturers and may be still pending. You have to search for lawyers in Ohio or even nationwide who are handling this type of case.
