I worked for America West airlines, contracted with Mesa Air. I was struck in the head by a moving propeller while on the job. I was hospitalized for 4 days. I had a normal CT scan and MRI. Since the accident I have suffered extreme migraines, battled bouts of depression and suffer from acute anxiety. I have been on anti-depressants since the accident, along with neurological visits and psychiatric treatment for the depression/axiety. I have never had these problems previously.
This took place in Yuma, AZ. I'm very impressed with your site, and hope you can help us.
Doctors have not said if these symptyoms of PTSD will subside. They say with a head injury it's hard to pinpoint when or if the headaches, depression and anxiety will ever go away. Please let me know if you can help us.

I wish we could fight for you. I can feel the terror of this accident just as I sit here. Unfortunately, our practice is limited to Illinois. Find a great WC lawyer in your area. Like a great head injury physician, you want to do a careful search to find a highly experienced WC fighter as a lawyer.
