Would like to know if I can sue the goverment for unsafe premises? I fell in the bathroom at the DHS on 53rd and Western.

You can only recover if there was a defective condition that was known or should have been known by the owner or the persons who maintained the bathroom. As the Plaintiff, injured party, you would have the burden of proving the defendant new or should have known of the unsafe condition.
