"Hello Mr. Horwitz.  I received my settlement check today and it could not have come at a better time. I want to say thank you for assigning my case to Mr. Mark Perper. I could not have had better representation anywhere. He is an excellent attorney. Mr. Perper was always there to answer all of my questions, no matter how many times I asked  them. But what I will always be greatful for was his fatherly advice.  On the days where I thought my world was gonna crash, I could always count on Mr. Perper for some fatherly advice. I truly believe had it not been for Mr. Perper, I would have gotten myself into some serious trouble. I will always remember Mr. Perper as being a great attorney and a kind and caring man.  

 As for his secretary Connie, she is a saint! Connie is a huge asset to your law office. I know I was not always the nicest person when talking to Connie. But being the true professional that she is, she never took my sarcasim personal. She always showed me nothing but respect. What a sweet lady.
