Jay Luchsinger
Partner, Trial Litigator
Jay Luchsinger still carries his ironworker's card.
Although he's been working as an attorney since 1989, Jay has deep roots in the ironworker's trade. He's from a three-generation family of ironworkers. He earned his law degree by attending John Marshall Law School at night. Daytime found him high above the city, assembling skyscrapers.
Fourteen years as an ironworker in Chicago, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado have given Jay a deep understanding of the risks working people face, as well as an appreciation of the satisfaction they get from their work.
In his practice with our firm, Jay concentrates on personal injury cases and has won many millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
Jay is a frequent speaker to labor, civic and professionals organizations, including the Carpenters, Ironworkers, Teamsters, Laborers, Plumbers and Pipefitters. Sprinklerfitters, Tilesetters, Steelworkers and Electricians unions.
