Would like to know if I can sue the government for unsafe premises? I fell in a bathroom.

Answer:

You can only recover if there was a defective condition that was known or should have been known by the owner or the persons who maintained the bathroom.  As the Plaintiff, injured party, you would have the burden of proving the defendant new or should have known of the unsafe condition.
