On CBS News, Clifford Horwitz discusses CTA’s firing of 4 workers who were allegedly illegally videotaped while in a dressing room by the CTA

The CTA has fired four employees caught on tape by secret surveillance cameras in rooms where employees changed clothes.
Cliff Horwitz represents three of those fired in an invasion of privacy case.  “The clandestine invasion of their expectation of privacy in a changing room cost them their jobs.”
“Some of these people have never done a thing wrong – not one thing wrong. First offense, and they’ve been given the most grievous penalty: loss of career, loss of pension, loss of medical benefits. This is devastating.”
