I Fell at Work and Didn’t Get Proper Medical Care

Question:

I was walking across an area of muddy water. One hour before some guys had dug a hole 1 1/2ft deep to put in a sub pump, then changed their minds and put it at other end.
The hole was never marked and not visable under muddy water. When I stepped forward it threw me forward and backwards in accelerated/decelerated whip/backlash force. I felt tingling and numbness in my face right away. I later found out I had tore muscles in my back, herniated discs, tmj and many symptoms of TBI from the whiplash that may have caused shearing of the nerves.
Recent test results show vertical oculomotor abnormalties, Spontaneous and positional nystagmus as well as gaze-rebound nystagmus. I have had two abnormal EEG’s. Although MRI’s and MRA’s didn’t show anything. I have seizures from the injuries. Otherwise sometimes I have balance problems where I stagger, loose my coordination and vision sometimes.
Now I have difficulties with memory, learning as I tried to go back to retrain but constant seizures and memory problems made it hard. I have had numbness and tingling in my face and head area. My brain goes numb sometimes in the front top and sometimes it has pain there like when you eat ice cream too fast.
I had a letter from the Governor stating no one was to stop my medical and was cut off four times so I didn’t get proper medical treatment.  I was told by a doctor that when a nerve is damaged that it starts to kill the nerves around them from toxic chemicals released in the brain if not getting proper medical treatment.

Answer:

Based on your description below, you have a strong claim. The persons who created the hole have to cover it. Further, the hole was not visible making it far more dangerous. We can help you if you wish. If you want us to call you, please provide me with your phone number. Otherwise, please feel free to call me.
