Is There Anything I Should Do to Help My Injury Case?

Michael T. Wierzbicki, a partner and trial attorney at Horwitz Horwitz & Associates answers a listener’s question on Free Legal Advice Friday’s:

Is there anything I should do to help my case?

There’s a couple things you should to help your case right at the start.

If you feel like you’ve been injured, you should see a doctor. You should tell the doctor everything about how you are feeling at that time, and tell them what you feel is different from before the accident versus after the accident, and of course tell them about any problems you had before the accident versus after the accident.
The most important thing you should do is: take care of yourself, physically as well as in regards to your legal rights. So, you should also contact a lawyer to discuss what your options are now that this event has happened.Michael T.
