Mitch heads the workers’ compensation practice here at Horwitz Horwitz & Associates. He has recently been appointed to the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board where he assists the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission (IWCC) in formulating policies, setting priorities, and developing administrative goals.

Mark has devoted his legal career to getting injured workers the benefits they are entitled to. He is the author of How to Win a Worker’s Compensation Claim in Illinois, which describes the basic rights and benefits through the state’s workers’ compensation act as well as the roles performed by insurance adjusters, doctors, and lawyers.
