Conair Issues Recall for Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill With Pizza Oven Due to Serious Laceration Hazard
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (July 17, 2026) – Conair has issued a recall for its popular Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill because it can pose a serious injury risk to consumers.
The recall was issued on July 9, 2026. An estimated 12,660 units were sold prior to the recall.
The recall notice by the CPSC stated that the tempered glass window on the pizza oven can shatter while it is being used. This creates a major risk that the shattered glass particles can seriously cut someone and injure them.
The manufacturer has received at least 37 reports of the pizza oven’s glass shattering. There was also one incident where a fire was started.
No injuries have been reported at this time. The Cuisinart Propel+ Four Burner 3-in-1 Gas Grill was originally manufactured in China and sold at numerous retail stores, including Lowe’s and Walmart.
