Liability for Merrionette Park Mobile Home Fires

There could be several sources of liability for any accident involving a mobile home fire. This includes the company responsible for providing gas or other utilities to a mobile home. If a gas line were to inadvertently rupture. This could trigger an explosion and fire. Companies have a legal obligation to maintain their premises in a reasonably safe condition. When they have actual or constructive notice of a dangerous condition with their property, they must take action. Several other parties could be liable for a mobile home fire.
