CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (August 22, 2026) – A recall has been issued for the Workbless Electric Pressure Washers because they can pose a major risk of injury or death from electrocution hazards.

The recall was issued on August 20, 2026. An estimated 2,200 units were sold prior to the recall.

According to the recall notice by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the pressure washer lacks any type of integral ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). They also lack an adequate-length power cord.

This creates the real risk that a user could accidentally get electrocuted. No injuries have been reported at this time.

The Workbless Electric Pressure Washers could be purchased at numerous stores, including Amazon, Overstock, Target, and Walmart.
