Chris O’Shea

Chris devotes his entire law practice at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates to helping clients who have sustained personal injuries, including cases involving automobile accidents and premises liability, helping clients receive the compensation and justice they deserve.

In-Depth Look

Chris graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2015. He enrolled at DePaul University College of Law that fall. In law school, he served as the Executive Editor for DePaul’s Journal of Sports Law and was published in 2017. Chris worked at a commercial litigation firm before joining Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates as a law clerk in 2017. After graduating from law school and passing the bar in 2018, Chris was brought onto the firm as an attorney.

In addition to his current practice area, he also worked on nursing home cases and uninsured and underinsured arbitration claims. After graduation and during his first year practicing law, he tried numerous cases before juries in Cook County, and each case reached a verdict.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys rooting for the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and University of Illinois Fighting Illini.
