IronWorker Falls 12 Feet Off Ladder Fracturing Left Wrist ($800,000)
An IronWorker recovered $800,000.00 after suffering a fractured wrist, which resulted from a construction site accident.
The IronWorker fell 12 feet from a ladder. The ladder slipped on ice while the IronWorker was using the ladder to perform ironwork.
The attorneys at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates argued that a scaffold should have been provided to do the work.
The defendant argued that a scaffold would not fit in the location and that the IronWorker should not have placed the ladder on ice.
