–Bryson, Duncan, OK

Answer:
Anytime you are injured during the course of your employment, you would have the right to file a Workers Compensation case. Further, as an aviator or pilot, you may have a third party action against the power company if they knew or should have known that the unmarked power lines were dangerous. This would be a jury case and a much more favorable case for you if it can be proved. Now, I am expressing Illinois law. I am not familiar with OK law, but under the circumstances you describe, you need to immediately find a personal injury specialist in OK., get photos of the power lines and their lack of warning and of the airplane in question.
