CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (February 25, 2026)—A recall was issued for the Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplement Bottles due to injury risk.
The recall was issued on January 29, 2026. Roughly 148,000 units were sold prior to the recall.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplement Bottles violate mandatory standards for child-resistant packaging.
No injuries have been reported at this time. The bottles were manufactured in the United States.
