Brandee K. Decker

Brandee K. Decker is an associate attorney at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, where she represents clients in workers’ compensation and medical malpractice claims. Before becoming a personal injury attorney, she owned and operated two successful businesses and later worked in healthcare as an office manager and insurance specialist, managing medical billing, provider credentialing, insurance payments, and claims administration. That background gives her firsthand knowledge of how medical providers and insurers evaluate injury claims. As a first-generation attorney, Brandee has built her career on perseverance, fairness, and service, and is passionate about helping injured employees understand their legal rights and protecting them from being taken advantage of by employers or insurance companies. Outside of work, Brandee enjoys gardening, cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her pets.  She is a huge animal lover and has four dogs and five cats.

Brandee joined Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates in 2023 as a law clerk. She joined the work comp team in August 2025 and became an associate attorney after being sworn in in November 2025.
