Local 1 Iron Worker Recovers After The “largest Law Firm” Told Him He Had No Case ($780,000)
A Local 1 Union IronWorker recovered $780,000.00, after a firm that advertises as the largest law firm in the City of Chicago told him that he had no case. Clifford Horwitz from Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates disagreed and prosecuted the case on behalf of the IronWorker.
The IronWorker suffered severe knee injuries after a crane toppled over. The swing chain on the crane broke, causing the crane to tip over.
Clifford Horwitz filed a products liability claim against the manufacturer, distributor, and maintenance company.
