WADSWORTH, ILLINOIS (December 12, 2025) – A tow truck driver for Antioch Automotive, identified as Justin Levin, was injured in a Wadsworth semi-truck accident on Interstate 94.

Lake County officials are saying that the accident took place around 6:02 AM on Sunday. Justin Levin was assisting the driver of a disabled vehicle during a snowstorm.

A semi-truck driver failed to move over and hit the victim. Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene of the accident to help him.

Justin Levin was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. It remains unclear if the semi-truck driver involved will receive any citations.
