Investigation Underway After Two People Injured in Joliet Motorcycle Collision Along Caton Farm Road and West Frontgate Road

JOLIET, ILLINOIS (July 27, 2026) – Two people were seriously injured in a Joliet car accident by the intersection of Caton Farm Road and West Frontgate Road.

Will County officials are saying that the incident occurred around 9:42 PM on July 22, 2026. A Volkswagen Atlas was heading eastbound on Caton Farm Road and attempted to make a left turn onto West Frontgate Road.

That vehicle entered directly into the path of a westbound Kawasaki motorcycle. It was operated by a Joliet man who was accompanied by a female passenger. Unfortunately, the motorcyclist was not able to avoid the collision and hit the side of the Volkswagen.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the crash to help the victims. They were transported to Saint Joseph Medical Center before being transferred to Loyola University Medical Center to receive treatment.
