I am a tile setter, and I was assaulted by a general contractor and his son on a job site. As a result of the assault I have 2 chipped teeth and have been unable to work due to back pain.
What are my options?

I can tell you the law in Illinois, which is probably similar to where you are.
You can file a lawsuit against them individually (and perhaps the company). If it was in the course of employment and they were the aggressor (started the fight) then you can also pursue a WC claim.
If it’s a temporary injury, you might file in small claims. If there is a chronic injury, you should retain a lawyer.
